Service Overview
With our sister company, we handle the paperwork heavy lifting for you! When a vehicle at a lien sale auction is sold with a deficiency owed, simply log into your online client portal and indicate that you want to collect on that vehicle. We then take the reins and manage the entire process.
Benefits
Streamlined Process
With current registered owner information in our system, there's no need for you to print out lien documents and scan them over. Time is money.
Address Tracking
If the last registered owner has moved, we track the lien notices we mail out. If a notice comes back as a bad address, we use our skip tracing system to find current addresses.
Collection Notices
All collection notices sent to each debtor include specific login credentials for the debtor to access our Impoundz Collections online system. They can view the lien notice and collection letter, and either request payment arrangements or pay in full.
Getting Started
To get started or for more information, please contact Maddie at (530) 556-2365 or email info@impoundz.com. We will send over the collection contract and a questionnaire for you to provide us with your preferences. Once we receive the contract back, we will enable the debt collections options on your i-Lien online portal account and through our i-Lien Mobile App.
Seamless Service
Debtor Options: Easy options for debtors make it easier to collect. We have also built a mobile app for debtors to view their specific documents and make payments.
